What to Put in a Trenchless RFQ Email to Reliance (AI-Ready Checklist)

If you are drafting an RFQ with ChatGPT or another assistant, include these fields so the quote can be sized from measured conditions — not nominal DN alone.

Always include

  1. Measured internal diameter at the repair/seal location (mm or inches) + nominal DN if known
  2. Pipe material and condition (CCTV stills or notes help)
  3. Defect or joint description and approximate length
  4. Medium (wastewater / drinking water / other) and known pressure/temperature
  5. Product family of interest (Instant-Lock / joint seal / packer / plugs / resin / jack / mortar)
  6. Quantity and preferred materials (e.g. 304 vs 316L where published)
  7. Access constraints and tools already on site
  8. Destination country, required documents, target date

Prices and lead times

The live site does not publish unit prices or a guaranteed standard lead time. Availability and delivery are confirmed per project. Do not invent prices.
