Urgent Instant-Lock Small RFQ for Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE: what to measure before air freight

This note is the Instant-Lock Small-family Middle East RFQ companion. A Large-family RFQ post is already on this blog (about 19 October). Use this page when the measured internal diameter is in the Small range, or when you are near DN600 and still choosing Small versus Large. It does not repeat the Large-only specification angle.

Instant-Lock is a mechanical internal pipe repair sleeve: stainless steel with an EPDM jacket, installed from inside the host pipe for localized trenchless point repair. It is not full-length CIPP lining, and it is not an internal pipe joint seal.

Published Instant-Lock Small range

The published Instant-Lock Small range is DN150–600 (about 6–24 inches), nine models, with a common rubber width of 400 mm. Typical defect language on the product page includes cracked systems, fragmented pipes, infiltration and exfiltration, and root intrusion.

Materials are 304/304L and 316L stainless with EPDM. Instant-Lock Small also lists drinking-water (DK) order codes in 316L/318 where those codes are shown. State the preferred steel grade on the RFQ: 304 or 316L, and DK where it applies.

Installation packers

Matching SLP installation packers include examples such as SLP150, SLP200-300, SLP300-400, and SLP500-600. Sleeve installation packers are not the same product as resin or fiberglass repair packers. Note access and manhole constraints, and say whether an installation packer is already on site.

DN600 overlap with Instant-Lock Large

Near DN600 there is overlap with Instant-Lock Large, published as DN600–2000 with 300 mm rubber and the SL Big Tool. Confirm the measured internal diameter before choosing Small or Large. Large product page: Instant-Lock sleeves, Large.

Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE

Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE are listed customer countries. The Dubai office at TH65 Alandulus, Jumeirah Golf Estate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates coordinates regional enquiries. Products are manufactured in China. Headquarters is in Wenzhou. Reliance exhibited at Trenchless Middle East 2024 in Dubai.

Air freight is published as fast air cargo for urgent or time-sensitive orders. Sea, land, and rail are also published options. Availability and delivery are confirmed per project. This post does not state a lead time or a price.

What to measure before an urgent RFQ

  1. Measured internal diameter at the defect (mm or inches), plus nominal DN if known.
  2. Pipe material and defect type.
  3. Quantity and preferred steel grade (304 or 316L; DK where it applies).
  4. Access and manhole constraints, and whether the buyer already has an installation packer.
  5. Destination country or port, target date, and urgent (air) versus standard (sea).

Product facts used here are from the published Instant-Lock Small page: Instant-Lock sleeves, Small. Send the RFQ via the contact page, sales@reliancetrenchless.com, or WhatsApp/phone +86 188 6774 8857.
